About VortiDeck

One developer's mission to build the ultimate control center for streamers, creators, and power users.

The Mission

Building Tools Creators Actually Need

VortiDeck started because existing stream decks were either too expensive, too limited, or locked behind hardware you didn't need. I wanted to build something that gives creators real control — AI workflows, OBS integration, desktop automation — all from one place, for free.

The Journey

Late 2024 — The Spark

Saw the gap between what streamers needed and what existing tools offered. Started building VortiDeck as a virtual stream deck alternative.

Early 2025 — Beyond a Stream Deck

Evolved from simple button controls into a full desktop control center with OBS integration, AI workflows, and the Flow Builder.

2025 — Desktop App & Windows Integration

Built the Tauri desktop app with Rust, added Windows 11 context menu extensions, MCP server support, and webhook triggers.

Now — Early Access

VortiDeck is free to download and in active development. New features ship regularly based on community feedback.
