By accessing and using VortiDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use VortiDeck.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You may not use VortiDeck for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding software and data usage.
3. License & Restrictions
- VortiDeck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software.
- You may not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell VortiDeck without permission.
- The license is automatically terminated if these terms are violated.
- All intellectual property rights remain with VortiDeck.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- VortiDeck offers free and paid subscription plans.
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- Refund policies are outlined separately in our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing and subscription terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
VortiDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software.
6. Third-Party Services
VortiDeck integrates with third-party services. By using VortiDeck, you agree to be bound by their respective terms:
- YouTube API Services: Subject to the YouTube Terms of Service
- Analytics: VortiDeck collects anonymous usage analytics via PostHog (EU servers) to improve the product. You can disable analytics at any time in Settings > Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of VortiDeck after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
