VortiDeck values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use our services.

Information we collect

• Personal information: name, email address and payment details for subscriptions.
• Usage data: interactions with VortiDeck, feature usage and device information.
• Cookies and tracking: information collected after consent for analytics and service improvement.
• App analytics: anonymous usage events across desktop, mobile and web applications. Events contain no personally identifiable information and are linked to a randomly generated device identifier.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain and improve VortiDeck services.
• Send technical updates, security alerts and support messages.
• Understand product usage and improve the experience.
• Prevent fraud, security threats and unauthorized access.

Sharing and third-party services

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• Information may be shared with service providers, such as payment processors, where necessary to operate the service.
• Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary for security.

Analytics providers

Website: Google Analytics and PostHog are loaded only after cookie consent.

Desktop, mobile and web apps: PostHog on EU servers processes anonymous usage events. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy.

YouTube API Services

VortiDeck uses YouTube API Services for certain features. Information received from those services is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

• Your use of these features is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• You can revoke access through Google account connections.
• To request deletion of stored YouTube data, email support@vortideck.com. We will remove YouTube-related data associated with your account within 30 days.

Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Your rights and controls

• Request access to personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion where applicable law provides that right.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Disable usage analytics in Settings → Privacy → Usage Analytics.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

We may update this policy as the product or applicable requirements change. The current revision date is shown at the top of this document.
