The conditions that apply when you access VortiDeck, create an account or use the software and connected services.

By accessing or using VortiDeck, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use VortiDeck.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You may not use VortiDeck for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- You must comply with applicable laws concerning software and data use.
License and restrictions
- VortiDeck grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the software.
- You may not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or resell VortiDeck without permission.
- The license terminates automatically if these terms are violated.
- All intellectual-property rights remain with VortiDeck.
Subscriptions and payments
- VortiDeck offers free and paid plans.
- Recurring plans continue until canceled.
- Any applicable refund policy is presented separately during purchase.
- Pricing and subscription terms may change; material changes will be communicated where required.
Limitation of liability
VortiDeck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, VortiDeck is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the software.
Third-party services
VortiDeck integrates with services operated by other providers. Their own terms and policies apply when you use those integrations.
- YouTube API Services: subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Analytics: VortiDeck uses anonymous PostHog analytics on EU servers to improve the product. Analytics can be disabled in Settings → Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
