  • App Analytics: Anonymous usage events (e.g., features used, button presses) collected via PostHog across our desktop, mobile, and web applications to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included — events are linked to a randomly generated device identifier.

  • Desktop, Mobile & Web Apps: PostHog (EU servers). Collects anonymous usage events to help us improve VortiDeck. Data is processed in the European Union. You can opt out at any time in Settings > Privacy.

5. YouTube API Services

VortiDeck uses YouTube API Services to provide certain features. By using VortiDeck, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • VortiDeck's use of information received from YouTube API Services will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Your use of YouTube features through VortiDeck is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
  • You can revoke VortiDeck's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page:https://myaccount.google.com/connections
  • To request deletion of your YouTube data stored by VortiDeck, please contact us at support@vortideck.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all YouTube-related data associated with your account within 30 days.
